Loom of Names — Threadmaiden’s signature spell is what defines the Coven. It’s a 12-second cooldown ability that scales with both Spirit Power and Hearth level.
The current best Threadmaiden build is called Threadmaiden Familiar Support. It focuses on the talents that scale best with Hearth level 8+ and works in both solo and 6-player co-op.
For Threadmaiden you want gear that boosts Spirit Power and Hearth bonus. Look for the "Woven Mantle" set (drops from Bog Witch on Hard mode) and the "Brine Pearl Ring" (crafted at Hearth level 6).
In solo play, Threadmaiden is a strong pick. The opening combo is: cast Loom of Names → weave in your basic attack for 4 seconds → cast again. Rinse and repeat, using your broom to reposition when your mana drops below 30%.
In a 6-player coven, Threadmaiden fits into the standard support / summoner slot. Pair Threadmaiden with one Threadmaiden (for Familiar damage buff) and at least one Mirewarden (for emergency healing).
