Gloamcaller is a Ranged DPS / Debuffer Coven in Witchspire. Currently ranked Tier A in our tier list. Below is the full build, talent priority, and how to play Gloamcaller in solo and co-op.
Shadow-aligned casters who debuff enemy resistances. Excellent for boss melt in coordinated groups.
Veil Rend — Gloamcaller’s signature spell is what defines the Coven. It’s a 12-second cooldown ability that scales with both Spirit Power and Hearth level.
The current best Gloamcaller build is called Gloamcaller Boss Shred. It focuses on the talents that scale best with Hearth level 8+ and works in both solo and 6-player co-op.
For Gloamcaller you want gear that boosts Spirit Power and Hearth bonus. Look for the "Woven Mantle" set (drops from Bog Witch on Hard mode) and the "Brine Pearl Ring" (crafted at Hearth level 6).
In solo play, Gloamcaller is a strong pick. The opening combo is: cast Veil Rend → weave in your basic attack for 4 seconds → cast again. Rinse and repeat, using your broom to reposition when your mana drops below 30%.
In a 6-player coven, Gloamcaller fits into the standard ranged dps / debuffer slot. Pair Gloamcaller with one Threadmaiden (for Familiar damage buff) and at least one Mirewarden (for emergency healing).
